7250Sys Multi-Range Pressure Calibration System
The 7250Sys Multi-range Pressure Calibration System is a complete, turn-key system ideally suited for the test and calibration of pressure sensors, pressure transducers, pressure transmitters, pressure switches and pressure gauges.
The 7250Sys Digital Pressure Controller features a unique quartz sensor which provides unmatched precision and long term stability.
It utilizes our digital control valve technology which provides fast response pressure control with zero overshoot allowing separate repeatability and hysteresis checks of the device under test (DUT). Three different 7250Sys configurations are available depending on performance and pressure range requirements:
Hydraulic Deadweight Gauge - Model 2492 Automatic
The Model 2492 Automatic Hydraulic Piston Gauge system combines the accuracy and precision of Ruska primary pressure standards with a fully automated system for laboratory and high-volume manufacturing environments.
Using a self-recharging pump, the Model 2492 provides continuous automatic operation and allows generation of pressures from 25 to 40,000 psi. The Model 2492's automatic, continuous operation increases the number of calibrations, resulting in increased productivity and higher throughput
Model 4403 Mass Sorption Systems
Ruska provides complete mass sorption systems available in single and multiple station units.A variety of options are available including vacuum supply, vacuum gauges, pressure gauges and a digital cathetometer A variety of options are available including vacuum supply, vacuum gauges, pressure gauges and a digital cathetometer.

Liquid Trap
The 7000-102 Liquid Trap can be used with any pneumatic test or calibration system, for pressures to 3000 psi, where liquid contamination may be present in the device under test. Although the preferred procedure is to ensure the device under test is free of liquid contamination prior to calibration, the 7000-102 provides a degree of insurance to protect the pneumatic calibration instrument.
