The Advanced Modular Calibration System uses three basic components to provide the multi-functionality to perform duties formerly requiring a wide range of different instruments.
At the heart of this system is the DPI 620, an ultra-compact electrical, temperature and frequency calibrator, which provides simultaneous measurement and source capabilities. It integrates with pressure modules and pressure generation stations to form uniquely capable pressure test and calibration systems.

Pressure measurement is provided by interchangeable pressure modules that can be attached to the calibrator by a pressure module carrier.
If pressure generation is required the calibrator and pressure module can be attached to one of three pressure generation stations, to form a fully-integrated pressure calibrator, of unparalleled performance.
Precision Portable Pressure Calibrator - DPI 610/615
The technically advanced GE Druck DPI 610 and DPI 615 portable calibrators are the culmination of many years of field experience with the company's DPI 600 series. These self-contained, battery powered packages contain a pressure generator, fine pressure control, device energising (not IS version) and output measurement capabilities, as well as facilities for 4 to 20 mA loop testing and data storage. The rugged weatherproof design is styled such that the pressure pump can be operated and test leads connected without compromising the visibility of the large dual parameter display. The mA step and ramp outputs and a built-in continuity tester extend the capabilities to include the commissioning and maintenance of control loops.
Portable Low Pressure Calibrators - DPI 610LP/615LP
The DPI 610/615 Low Pressure Calibrator versions enable the end user to calibrate Draft range instrumentation in the field. This feature minimizes the effects of moving the unit under test and any offsets that may occur. The test data can then be stored for uploading to your computer at a more convenient time.
Portable High Pressure Pneumatic Calibrators - DPI 320/325 Series
The DPI 320/325 Series of high pressure pneumatic calibrators are the latest additions to a comprehensive range of compact and rugged instruments. This range of portable calibrators is designed to make testing and calibration of high pressure instruments and systems both quick and simple. Two versions are available, the DPI 320 which is the standard model and the DPI 325 which has full documenting capability.
DPI 330 Series Portable High Pressure Hydraulic Calibrators
The DPI 330 Series of portable calibrators provide unparalleled accuracy and performance making the calibration of hydraulic systems and instrumentation quick and simple. These self-contained portable calibrators provide unparalleled accuracy and performance. Hydraulic pressures up to 10,000 psi can be generated quickly and easily with excellent setpoint control.
Intecal for Industry
GE Intecal is a new calibration management software platform developed by GE Druck to maintain & control a calibration environment to the highest standards of metrology. The Intecal for Industry package has been adapted for the process industry especially where portable calibrators are used to validate plant instrumentation. Intecal for Industry is an easy to use Calibration Management software application for generating calibration procedures, scheduling work and documenting results. It has been developed to help meet the increasing demands of GaMP, ISO9000 and FDA.
