A6100 Absolute and gauge pressure deadweight tester
The Model 6100 can operate in either gauge or absolute mode over an extremely wide range, 0.5 to 1000 psi, with acccuracies to 0.008% of reading. The Model 6100 instrument base controls the system pressure with inlet and outlet needle valves, and a variable volume adjuster. A test port (with adaptors) is provided for mounting the instrument under test, and a variable speed motor drive system rotates the piston and weights

Model P3000
These versatile instruments provide calibrations from 1-30 inHg vacuum (0.03-1 bar) and 3-500 psi (0.2-35 bar) in one extremely accurate yet easy to use primary standard. A selector valve converts the unit from pressure to vacuum mode without the need to exchange pistons. Units are manufactured to the highest standards with certified accuracies traceable to International Standards Laboratories such as the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). These piston/cylinder type pneumatic standards provide excellent stability, repeatability and accuracy. An optional built-in hand pump can be added for both pressure and vacuum generation.

L Series Hydraulic deadweight testers
The Deadweight Testers are fitted with a ram screw to easily control both rising and falling pressures. The test port design allows quick hand-tight sealing, without the need for teflon tape and wrenches. Distilled water on oil versions are available.

Liquid Lubricated Pneumatic Deadweight Testers-Model P3031 & P3032
The Models P3031 and P3032 feature a gas driven oil lubricated piston/cylinder assembly which ensures that the instrument is less susceptible to performance issues due to contamination or the operating environment. These gas driven deadweight testers eliminate the maintenance issues associated with conventional high pressure pneumatic deadweight testers. The supply gas acts directly on the oil lubricated pistons so there is no effect on system accuracy.

Pressure Standards - P7000
The P7000 Series has been designed for pressure measurements of the highest level of accuracy. The wide range of options ensures maximum flexibility and application. The P7000 Series can be fitted with an additional triangle base and adaptors to mount the PCU to be calibrated. This eliminates many of the problems associated with connecting two deadweight testers such as: potential leaks, contamination of the reference standard, trapped air and fluid head errors, interconnection problems and relative height measurement. A wide range of both makes and models of deadweight testers´ PCU´s can be mounted.
-
Pressure ranges to 20,000 psi
-
Accuracy better than 0.005% of reading

PressCal
PressCal is a menu driven software program for pressure calculation and certificate generation using a Deadweight Tester as the pressure source. This software has been developed as a flexible working tool to make calibrations quicker, easier and more accurate. PressCal allows users to apply all necessary corrections (Local Gravity, Pressure Head, Temperature, etc.) to enhance the performance of the Deadweight Tester. Calibration details are then stored and/or automatically inserted into a calibration certificate.
